Thank you for your feedback, Julie. I just want to clarify for anyone reading: This was a manufacturing issue, which affected the adhesive on patches. As soon as Julie reached out, I refunded her money immediately and even send extra patches. Unfortunately they had the same issues. I have since worked with new suppliers to updated the patches with brand-new materials that are far more resilient. Upon testing our new patches, they have been working perfectly, even in warmer climates, and we’ve had great feedback from our testers. I always recommend storing lash products in a cool, stable environment (just like lash adhesives) to maintain performance. I’m glad I was able to resolve this quickly, and I’m confident the new patches will exceed expectations. :-)
